This morning in contemplative prayer, I saw Jesus, spreading his arms, saying, good morning. Welcome to the glory of God’s creation here on the water with sea and sky.  It is good for the contemplative messages to go out through the various channels available. The words you write may not be always 100% accurate and yet the basic message is accurate: that anyone can practice contemplative prayer and, if they wish, to journal in their own way.  You are brave to tackle some of these difficult scripture passages, yet with patience you can do it, like undoing a tangle of yarn strand by strand.
